Judge (Swing) BACKGROUND: John Wheaton is a charter member of the Board of Directors of the World Swing Dance Council, the Advisory Board of the Golden State Dance Teachers Association, Board of Governors of the California Swing Dance Hall of Fame, and National Dance Dynamics Certification Board.
