Judge - (Swing) BACKGROUND: Carlito is a Special Recognition Award Recipient of the West Coast Swing Dance Council's (WSDC) National Swing Dance Hall of Fame. Carlito is on just about every judging panel at Swing Dance Competitions throughout the Country. He has a reputation for being honest, fair and objective. He is also known as "Mr. Smooth". His famous saying is, "I'm just a beginner". The truth is...."He's STILL a beginner"!
