Judges (Salsa) BACKGROUND: Mike has been dancing in the Los Angeles salsa scene since 1992. Christina's love for salsa brought her to Los Angeles in the year 2000. Mike and Christina met each other in Salsa "In The Mix" dance group where they traveled and performed for 5 years. They also performed diverse dance styles such as Persian, Israeli, Brazilian Samba, jazz, and hip hop for 3 years with the professional entertainment company; Sunflower Dancers. Dancing together now, these two choreograph dynamic dance numbers that combine many music and dance styles with lively salsa music and dance steps. Their styles range from mysterious heavily themed routines such as Vogue (Salsa in the Mix), to more traditional salsa and Cha Cha Cha routines. All their shows captivate the audience with hair-raising tricks, lifts, dips & turn combinations. Their hard work and dedication have paid off with performances in television & films; most recently seen on the CBS series "CANE." They love to travel to Salsa festivals, professional competitions and events all over the United States and abroad; their latest tour was to the Philippines, Thailand, and Australia. Currently, they keep busy performing and teaching in and out of Los Angeles to share their knowledge and spread their passion for music and dance. CONTACT INFORMATION:
